We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white. Your vibrant and stylish attire will help set the tone for this unforgettable celebration!

What's the timeline for the day?
Here’s an overview:
5:00 PM –Ceremony Begins
5:45 PM – Cocktail Hour
6:30 - 11:00 PM – Dinner & Reception
We’ll celebrate all night with a mix of music guaranteed to get everyone on the dance floor. After 8:30 pm, things might get a little spicy, so don’t be surprised if you see some twerking! Be sure to bring your dancing shoes and get ready to move!

Can you bring a plus one?
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we kindly ask that each guest brings only their designated plus-one. Your presence is truly a gift, and this will ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for all.

Is parking available at the venue?
Good news! Free parking is available at the venue for all guests. The facility offers ample space, and no passes or permits are required. For your convenience, we recommend arriving early to secure a spot close to the entrance.
Once arriving on Harry Hallman Jr. Drive, you will see parking adjacent to the Copper River Room. If you need accommodations for handicapped parking, please indicate this on your RSVP.

Our wedding will happen rain or shine! The venue has both indoor and outdoor options, so we’re prepared for all weather. We’ll keep you updated closer to the date if needed.
